Lotusphere Booked

Well I’m all booked up for Lotusphere 2005, I’ll be arriving in on the 22nd just in time for the Pre-Sphere drinks and leaving on the 29th which should give me some extra time at the end of the conference to enjoy a few sights.
I’m staying in the Dolphin again this year so I can see plenty of late nights sitting out on the balcony beside the upstairs bar drinking plenty of Red Bull and Jagermeister.
I’m sure I’ll have the laptop with me again this year so watch out for me blogging away during the sessions..

Who Has Manager Access To Your NAB

What is your standard practice in terms of who gets Manager Access to your NAB. Some companies give all the admins full manager access and set LocalDomainServers with manager also, Others user groups and others restrict the NAB ACL down as low as possible.
What do you do with the ACl of your NAB? Is there any standard or recommended practice? All comments welcome.

Message Disclaimers in Domino 7 Beta 2
One of the long sought after features in
Domino has been the ability to add a message disclaimer to all emails and
as you can see from the screenshot below this feature is now available
in the current beta of Notes/Domino 7.
To turn on disclaimers it appears that
there are two things you need to do, one is enable disclamers in a server
configuration document and the other is to setup a new policy type called
‘Mail Settings’. The image above is from the policy setting screen
and as you can see there are a few nice options like the ability to create
your disclaimer with HTML in it and support for where the disclaimer goes
and multi characterset support.
Well done to IBM/Lotus for adding this
much needed feature…
