Seems like IBM Lotus have released a Critical Fix for R6.0.1.
This is a new method of releasing unscheduled updates to the codestream but you do have to ask yourself if downloading 176Mb ( 79Mb for the Server Update and 97Mb for the Client Update ) is really worth the 6 fixes that it contains.
